It is solely the responsibility of the person sending pictures to the site to ensure that they have the permission of the copyright owner to use images submitted to Charlie's Cartoons.

By sending your picture to Charlie's Cartoons you warrant that it is your own original work or that you have the written permission of the copyright owner and that you have the right to make it available to Charlie's Cartoons : By submitting an image you warrant that it does not infringe any law; and you indemnify Charlie's Cartoons against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your breach of the above warranty; Copyright of any image created by Charlie's Cartoons remains with Charlie's Cartoons and you waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the site and for the purposes specified above.

Refund
Each portrait is created as a one-off piece exclusively for you. Therefore we are unable to offer you a refund or a cancellation once the order has been accepted and paid for. However, we endeavour to ensure you are happy with your image before printing and our artist will be liasing closely with you throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction. We will also view your photograph before we proceed with the work to ensure that it is suitable for the chosen style. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Colour reproduction
Colours shown on screen may differ slightly to those printed due to the difference between screen reproduction and the printing process. We make every attempt to ensure that colours on screen are reproduced as accurately as possible. However we take no responsibility for differences that may occur.

Sizes
All sizes on the site are given in centimetres unless otherwise stated

Privacy Statement
We are totally committed to protecting your privacy and will not divulge any information we receive to a third party except in relation to payment for goods or to service your order. WE WILL NOT PASS ON YOUR INFORMATION TO OTHERS FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

Complaints
If you believe at any time that Charlie's Cartoons has not adhered to the above principles, please notify us by email to charlie@charliescartoons.com and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to verify and fix the problem quickly.
